Thrive Membership Policy

 This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing “THRIVE” , a digital membership created by Isa-Welly Locoh-Donou, focused on nutrition, mindset, exercise and overall well-being.

By accessing and utilizing THRIVE, members agree to adhere to the policiesoutlined herein.

Membership Access

  • Membership to THRIVE is granted upon registration and payment of subscription fees.
  • Access to the platform is granted solely to the registered user and is
    non-transferable.
  • Your access to THRIVE may be suspended If your payment method cannot be processed
    for any of the payments

Content and Resources

  • THRIVE provides resources, including articles, audios, videos, tutorials, meal plans,
    workout routines, and other related content, aimed at promoting a healthy and balanced
    lifestyle
  •  You may print or make paper copies of the resources for your personal use only
  • Any other copying or distribution is strictly prohibited by law.
  • All membership material and resources are the property of Welly Wellbeing Ltd

Medical Caution

  •  The content provided through THRIVE is for informational purposes only and should not
    substitute professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
  • Users are encouraged to consult with qualified healthcare professionals before making
    any significant changes to their diet, exercise routine and lifestyle.
  • Do not disregard medical professional medical advice or delay seeking it as a result of
    your use of THRIVE.
  • We make no guarantees about your experience or results from your use of membership
    and you release Isa-Welly Locoh-Donou and all practitioners and consultants on the THRIVE
    platform of any liability relating to your use.
  • We reserve the right at our discretion to deny or remove members access from THRIVE at
    any time for any reason.

User Conduct

  • Users are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner when
    engaging with the digital platform.
  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour towards other users or
    platform administrators will result in immediate termination of membership.

Privacy and Data Security

  • The privacy of our users is of utmost importance. We adhere to strict privacy policies to
    safeguard personal information collected during the registration and usage of the digital
    platform.
  • User data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except where
    required by law.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and
    must not share their account information with others.

Subscription and Billing

  • Subscription fees are payable on a monthly or annual basis, as per the chosen
    membership plan.
  •  The annual subscription is non-refundable
  • Users commit to a minimum of 12 months upon subscription but can choose a monthly
    payment plan.
  • However users can opt to stop the experience within 7days of joining if unsatisfied. Recurring monthly payments will be stopped. Annual subscription will be refunded.

Modification and Termination

  • The administrators reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the digital
    membership platform at any time, with 14 days notice.
  • In the event of termination, users will be notified, and any prepaid remaining subscription
    fees will be refunded.

Disclaimer

  • The administrators of the digital platform are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries
    resulting from the use of the content or resources provided.
  • Users engage with the platform at their own risk and discretion.
  • User releases Isa-Welly Locoh-Donou and all practitioners and consultants on the THRIVE
    platform of any liability relating to its use.

Governing Law

  • This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United
    Kingdom.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the
    exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

 By accessing the digital membership platform, users acknowledge that they have read,
understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
