This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing “THRIVE” , a digital
membership created by Isa-Welly Locoh-Donou, focused on nutrition, mindset,
exercise and overall well-being.
By accessing and utilizing THRIVE, members agree to adhere to the policies
outlined herein.
Personal advice and 1-2-1 support
1-2-1 support will be given during our live calls. If you cannot attend, you can submit your questions a few days before thrive@isawelly.com
I will pop in the facebook group a couple of times a day during weekdays
Ressources
You can find previous month’s classes and plans in EXPLORE under the relevant modality. I.e nutrition, mindset, movement.
You can download audios, but videos don’t have that option
You can possibly pre-download the video and then watch it later.You need to make sure you keep the window open.

Community
Well, it is a great place for exchange, motivation and quick shares throughout the day, the week… but the bulk of the content and the live call will support you greatly too.
Sadly after months of research, we have yet to find a platform that has all the options we need for a seamless communication with you
Billing
Your direct debit will go out on the same day every month. That day is the day of your subscription. Check your profile for more details.
Refunds and Cancellation
THRIVE is designed as a 12 month program and experience to help you transform your health and wellbeing. I currently do not offer shorter term commitment options. However if you’re not satisfied within 7days of joining, email us and you’ll get a full refund. After that period no cancellation nor refund will be possible.
